For the last 15 years I've taken technical products from 0 to 1 across AI, fintech, and SaaS. I write code, design products, hire engineers, run sales conversations, build financial models, and ship.
Now I'm building AI products independently and consulting as a Fractional Head of Product for a Japan stablecoin infrastructure team on AI-native compliance, plus a Fractional GM & Product Lead for DeFi protocols through Outside Context Projects.

Consulting for a Japan stablecoin infrastructure team on AI-native product implementation for compliance. Building a portfolio of AI products on the side.
Founded Granite Finance inside a Bitcoin-focused product studio. Captured 25% of Stacks lending deposits in 3 months. Invented a soft-liquidation mechanism that cut customer losses by 99%. Hired and led a 6-person engineering team from 0.
Designed market-neutral algorithmic yield strategies across multiple digital-asset yield sources. Sharpe 6.5, outperformed BTC by 37%. Built a risk framework that achieved zero losses due to security incidents or counterparty failures.
Promoted from Head of Product → VP Operations → Chief Operating Officer. Co-led the $60M acquisition by RealPage at 9× ARR. Co-raised $20M+ in venture funding. Built Customer Success (12 ppl, 10× LTV:CAC, 2% churn), Finance, and Analytics teams. Built the core Business Intelligence product that drove our first $8M in ARR.
Built and launched a neobank pilot serving 150+ unbanked low-income families in Amman, Jordan. Brokered partnerships with six national banks supporting launch and research projects.
